Product Returns

Stuffitts Shoe Savers, Inc. ("STUFFITTS") offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on Stuffitts Shoe Savers and bags. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please notify STUFFITTS within 30 days of receipt.

Return Policy

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods
  • All returns should include a purchase receipt but we will try to help you authenticate your original purchase date and amount
  • You are responsible for the return shipping
  • There is no restocking fee
  • Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse

When the item is returned, your credit card will be credited for the actual purchase price any taxes, and original shipping costs. If no credit card information is available, the credit will be paid via check to the address provided or, if not available, the original shipping address on record. If the return is due to a STUFFITTS error, the return shipping charges will be waived and refunded with the credit.
