Shipping Policy

We use our best efforts to ship orders within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the order. Any scheduled delays in shipping will be specifically noted during the ordering process. Due to a substantial increase in demand, some variations may be on backorder and subject to further delay in shipping. All attempts will be made to minimize the delay, communicate with the customer and use any remedial efforts to best meet the customer's needs, including providing discounts and free products. The customer can always receive a 100% refund upon request for all unshipped products at any time during this process.

Shipping charges are determined by order weight, distance and delivery time.

Effective, July 1, 2009, there will be a $2.00 handling charge per order.

Shipping time is based on deliveries in the U.S. 48 states mainland, and based on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

Note on Air Freight: estimated delivery times are based on delivery to major metropolitan areas, outlying areas may add additional time.
